Undocumented Casefinder Features

This is a small listing of a number of features which did not appear in our documentation, that we thought you might find useful.

Now you can save particular keep lists to your hard drive. Click on the "Keep List" button in the document viewer screen once you've kept a few cases, click on the "save as..." button and save to any directory or folder you like.

Click on cited in web to see current documents cited from your case to our website.

Search within the results of your original search.

Under the Tools menu in the search request screen, click on rearrange databases. Select the database to be moved. Choose from the top, up, down, and bottom buttons on the left vertical toolbar to move the databases in the desired order. Click on done when finished.

Enter a cite, such as 20-107.3(a)(2), with either points or dashes in place of the parenthesis on the search request screen. (Ex. 20-107.3.a.2 or 20-107.3-a-2.) Start the search with selected databases and CaseFinder will fulfill the search request by first finding all cases with 20-107, then with 3, then a, etc. Caution: This search will find documents other than the specific search entered. Please check all results found by CaseFinder to ensure accurate citations.
