Geronimo will provide CaseFinder, free of charge, to Virginia attorneys who provide pro bono legal services to Virginia citizens, for use in such representation only, each month during the period of such representation.

Certain Conditions Apply (of course):

• This offer is not available to current CaseFinder subscribers, who have already discovered the value of using CaseFinder in their regular practice.
• The attorney requesting a free CaseFinder agrees to use it only in connection with his or her representation of the pro bono client. We can't enforce this, but their word is good enough for us. Attorneys who take on pro bono cases demonstrate the nobility for which the legal profession was once esteemed. Our purpose in providing CaseFinder for free to such attorneys is to reward and encourage their public-spiritedness, which restores honor to the entire legal profession.
• The pro bono representation must have been arranged through one of the existing Virginia organizations that assist in matching willing attorneys with needy clients.
• The attorney agrees to notify us when the pro bono representation has ended, and further agrees to pay the standard retail price if he or she continues to receive CaseFinder after the end of such pro bono representation.

The terms above are set out in a form letter which the requesting attorney can download, print, sign and forward to us.
